With summer on the horizon in South Africa, we think a refreshing cocktail recipe is in order! Both Pineapple and Ginger are flavours that pair beautifully with Rum on their own, blending the two results in a fresh tropical drink that you can sip all day.
Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup ginger beer
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 50 ml The Great White Rum
- 1 inch fresh ginger sliced
- ice cubes

Instructions:

- Halfway fill two glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the pineapple juice, fresh ginger, and rum together in a cocktail shaker and mix well.
- Divide the pineapple mixture between two glasses.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Serve with a sprig of fresh thyme.
