To secure your booking and function date we require a 100% upfront non-refundable venue hire fee.
The date will only be confirmed as formally booked once the deposit is confirmed

The cash bar will be available throughout the function until 15 mins before shut down when the last rounds will be called.
If you prefer to have an open bar, please arrange with us in advance. The final bar account must be settled before leaving the venue.

We do not provide Music equipment. You are welcome to bring in your own music, DJ, band or lighting and accompanying equipment.
While noise levels are generally not a problem they should nevertheless be reasonable.

You are welcome to bring in your own pre-prepped food however no cooking onsite is allowed. We have direct access to caterers on our premises if required.
